For today’s Where and Wear, I thought I’d tackle something that I always look forward to: Saturday nights out. If you’re an avid follower of my Snapchat Stories or Instagram Stories, you’d know that I’m the type of girl that likes to go to socials every weekend. This is also the only time that I can kind of “dress down” from office wear and actually reveal some parts of me.
By old reliable, I’m referring to Vans’ Old Skool Sneakers paired with the reliable Little Black Dress and its variations. I’ve seen the likes of Patrice Averilla and Cha Ocampo rock this look in clubs. It’s a super laid back outfit that ensures you a night filled with dancing!
The night is often associated with darkness. What better way to blend in than to unleash that inner dark soul of yours. Black is amazing because it enables you to look put together without exerting any effort. An off-shoulder romper paired with some suede chunky heels could become your next classic staple to all your nights out.
To stray away from the black trend, I’m going for a more nude ensemble over here. The right type of clothing enables you to become comfortable yet edgy during the night. It’s not always about being too revealing, rather, it’s about revealing the right parts of you (aka shoulders, collar bones, a little bit of cleavage, etc.)
JINRO MASQUERAVE is an event hosted by Hite Jinro Co. which specializes in liquors such as Korean soju, vodka and many more. Hite is hitting up the Philippine night scene by partnering with Chaos Nightclub and by showcasing International DJs from Korea, and top DJs here in the Philippines. I was lucky enough to be invited to this night worth remembering. With this, I’d like to take you guys with me!
